If the “Rising Edge” parameter is deactivated, the logic is inverted. Output “Q” is set to logic
“0” as soon as a falling edge is detected at the “I
N” input and remains in this state for the pa-
rameterized time, even in the event of a signal change at the input. If a logic “0” signal is
present at the “I
N” input for longer than the parameterized time, the output signal is only set
to logic “1” when a rising edge occurs at the “I
N” input.

is not selected
5.4.5.2 MONOSTABLE_B operator
The “MONOSTABLE_B” operator generates the logic “1” state of an output that is activated
by a rising edge at the corresponding input and remains in this state during the specified
time period.
Figure 5-131 “MONOSTABLE_B” operator
Parameters
Time A delay between 10 ms and 1098.3 s can be entered.
Scale – 0.01 s ... 60.0 s (in 10 ms increments)
– 60.1 s ... 1098.3 s (in 100 ms increments)
Retriggerable When this option is selected, the time is reset to zero on every status change of the “I
N” in-
put.
In contrast to the “MONOSTABLE” operator, the “O
UT” output of the “MONOSTABLE_B”
operator does not contain logic “1” longer than the entered time period.
