Reset Type There are two types of reset: Manual” or “Monitored”. If the Manual” option is selected, only
the signal transition from logic “1” to logic “0” is checked. In the case of the “Monitored” op-
tion, the double transition from logic “0” to logic “1” and back to logic “0” is checked.

Enable status When this option is selected, the status output of the function block indicates the status of
the safe outputs.
External K time monitoring When this option is selected, it is possible to specify the time frame during which the exter-
nal feedback signal will be monitored.
When the outputs change to the logic “1” status, the feedback signal (“FBK_RST”) must
change from logic “1” to logic “0” (and vice versa) within the specified time.
In the event of an error (e.g., no signal change), the outputs are set to logic “0” and the
error is indicated on the base module by the flashing EDM LED (PSR-M-B1) for the out-
put.
External K delay (ms) The maximum permissible delay introduced by the external contactors. This value makes it
possible to control the maximum duration of the delay that occurs between the commuting
of the internal relays and the commuting of the external contactors (both in the case of acti-
vation and deactivation).
