Result of the dynamic simulation
The relevant signals are highlighted in the simulation graphic:
– At time 2000 ms, the “safe area” signal (Input 1) is set to logic “1” and signals that the
gate is closed.
– At time 3000 ms, the “Press start” signal (Input 2) is set to logic “1” and therefore issues
the operator start request.
– The output signal of the AND operator is delayed by 2000 ms by the “DELAY” operator.
– The output signal of the “DELAY” operator (Op2) issues the command to control the re-
lay (press drive) at time 5000 ms
