5.3 Analog function block
5.3.1 ANALOG INPUT function block
1
The function block enables the acquisition of single- or two-channel analog measured val-
ues (current or voltage). The function block enables the monitoring of up to two threshold
values as well as range monitoring.

Parameters
Input Type This parameter enables the selection of single- or two-channel
analog measured values.
Figure 5-74 “Single” input type (above) and
“Redundant” input type (below)
The “Single” input type enables the connection of a single-
channel sensor to one of channels 1 ... 4 of the PSR-M-EF7
extension module.
The “Redundant” input type enables the connection of a
two-channel sensor to adjacent channels (1 and 2 or 3 and 4)
of the PSR-M-EF7 extension module.

Maximum number: 4 channels per PSR-M-EF7 expansion module
