4. To remove the module, (using a screwdriver) push down on the locking tab on the back
of the module and then lift the module from below and pull it upwards.

2.2.5 Electrical requirements
NOTE: Wear on the connectors
A maximum of eight insertion cycles are permitted when connecting the modules via DIN
rail connectors.
Notes on electrical connection
Do not connect the module when it is switched on.
Do not use PSRmodular to supply external devices.
Use the same reference potential for all components.
Notes on connecting cables
It is recommended that the power supply of the safety modules be kept separate from
that of other high-power devices (electric motors, inverters, frequency converters) or
other sources of interference.
For connections longer than 50 m, use cables with a minimum cross section of
1 mm
2
.
