Simultaneity (ms) Always active (parameter cannot be deselected). Defines the maximum time (in ms) that
may elapse between the switching states of the various incoming signals from the external
contacts. The maximum time interval (ms) between the switching operations of the two
channels can be configured in the range from 10 ms to 7000 ms.
Filter (ms) This option enables external input signals to be filtered. The filter can be configured with a
value between 3 and 250 ms and helps suppress contact chatter. The length of the filter
time affects the calculation of the response time of the safety function.
Enable Error Out When this parameter is selected, an output (“E
RROR”) is made available which signals that
an error has been detected by the function block.
Mode Select Mode 1 (configuration: 2 NO + 1 NC)
Position 1: enable switch fully released, Position 2: enable switch pressed to middle posi-
tion, Position 3: enable switch pressed right down
Mode 2 (configuration: 2 NO + 1 NC)
