3. Apply thread locking compound to the spacer
mounting bolt (Fig. 0885).

4. Using a 7/16” wrench, install the hio spacer onto
valve cap bolt (Fig. 0886).

5. Slide the spring over the hio spacer and hook the
spring under valve cap screw (Fig. 0887).

6. Install the handle onto the hio spacer and hook the
spring onto the handle (Fig. 0888).
