Program Mode 6-13
Stabilize
This option sets the time period during which the pressure and temperature is
allowed to stabilize before a leak rate measurement is performed.
Equalize
This parameter allots a duration allowing the differential test chambers to adjust to
tare and become ready before starting the measurement step. The tester will
automatically pick the best default time for this step but it may be changed
manually, if so desired.
Measure
Set the length of time for the measurement phase of the test. The measure time
should be set to give good discrimination between leak tight parts and parts that
only just fail the test criteria.
Pass Exit Criteria & Pass Hold Duration
The DMF (Differential Mass Flow) model type Measure step provides options to
set Pass Exit Criteria and Pass Hold Duration parameters. These parameters are
displayed after clicking the Measure step label on the Program Mode, Test Setup
Steps, screen.
The Pass Exit Criteria settings are:
None: The default setting which determines the result on completion of the
Measure step time.
