5DX Series 3 XYZ Stage Assembly
XYZ Stage Panel Conveyor Motors
There are two Panel Conveyor Motors within the XYZ Stage Assembly. The Panel
Conveyor Motors provide the mechanical movement of the Panel Conveyor Belts.

The Panel Conveyor Motors are driven by an output from the Digital I/O
Assembly. The Panel-in-Place Sensor is an input to the Digital I/O Assembly and
can be monitored by running Utilities > Service > Panel Handling >
Hardware Control from the 5DX menu and checking the input bits indicated in
Table 5-2.

In the Hardware Status and Control, the description refers to the XYZ
Stage Belts. These are the Panel Conveyor Belts that are driven by
the Panel Conveyor Motors. If the Panel Conveyor Belts are moving,
the Panel Conveyor Motors are operational
