XYZ Stage Panel Conveyor Belts
There are two Panel Conveyor Belts within the XYZ Stage Assembly. Figure 5-12
shows the positioning of the Panel Conveyor Belt around the rollers and Panel
Conveyor Motor for one side of the loader assembly. The opposite side is a mirror
image of that shown.
The XYZ Stage Panel Conveyor Motors drive the Panel Conveyor Belts. Refer to
the XYZ Stage Panel Conveyor Motors on page 5-21 for information about
turning them on and off and changing the direction of the belt movement.
