Check the System Air Pressure/Low Pressure Regulator

Procedure:
1. Locate the Pneumatic Gauge, Regulator and Filter Assembly at the rear of the
Main Cabinet.
2. Check the Pneumatic Gauge and verify that the pressure reading is set to 80psi.
3. If the pressure reading is not 80psi, then adjust the regulator until the Pneu-
matic Gauge reads 80psi.
a. Pull up on the regulator control valve.
b. Turn the regulator control valve clockwise or counter-clockwise until the
correct reading is obtained.
c. Push down on the regulator control valve after the adjustment is complete.
4. Locate the Low Pressure regulator assembly on left rear of the Main Cabinet.
a. Check that the gauge is reading approximately 40psi.
b. If the gauge reading is less than 40psi or higher than 50psi, adjust the low
pressure regulator for the 40psi.
c. If the pressure cannot be adjusted, contact the Agilent Response Center.
