Other Inner Barrier Components
At the top of the cylinders, a bolt (3030-1018) and two nuts (2980-0001) hold the
cylinder in place. At the bottom of the cylinder, there is a nut as shown in Figure
6-9.

One of the key components of the Inner Barrier assembly is the Encoder. The
encoder ensures that the Inner Barrier is in the correct position (it works in
conjunction with the Safety Interlocks. To adjust or replace the encoder, the
