Preventative Maintenance (PM) Checklist
A basic checklist is comprised of the following tables:
• Table 10-1, “General Maintenance,” on page 5
• Table 10-2, “Electronics Bay Maintenance,” on page 5
• Table 10-3, “Main Cabinet Maintenance,” on page 5
• Table 10-4, “Software Diagnostics,” on page 6
In order to keep a record of the PM performed on each 5DX System, print the
tables and use as them as a checklist for each PM session. Store these records in
the Service Log Book.
The table columns are defined as:
• Check Box — A place to initial when the appropriate PM procedure has been
performed.
• Frequency — How often the PM procedure needs to be performed.
• Description — Title of the PM procedure to be performed.
• Page Number — Where to find the appropriate PM procedure.
