5DX Series 3 Image Generation Process
Image Generation Process
To test a panel’s solder joints, images of the panel need to be generated. There are
many processes happening simultaneously during the generation of an image. For
example, the System Controller is running the panel program providing the Motion
Drivers with the coordinates for moving the XYZ Stage Assembly to the next
image, and, at the same time, the X-ray Scan Controller can be switching the Field
of View for the next image and controlling the deflection of the Electron Beam.
