5DX Series 3 General Maintenance
General Maintenance
Check the Operation of the System Status Beacon

Prerequisite:
The 5DX System needs to be powered up and running. The User Interface needs to
be running.
Special Notes:
The System Status Beacon on most 5DX Systems will only contain three lights:
red, amber and green. There are some 5DX Systems that have additional lights that
are either blue or white.

Procedure:
Procedure:
1. Select Utilities > Service Menu > Panel Handling > Hardware Control
and press Enter.
2. Select the Lights/Lasers tab.
3. Click On for the Red status beacon light. Verify the red light is lit in the status
beacon.
4. Click Off for the Red status beacon light.
