5DX Series 3 Safety Interlock Controller
Safety Interlock Controller
The Safety Interlock Controller, (E7200-66538) is attached to the rear of the base
of the Main Cabinet as shown in Figure 3-1, and serves as the electrical interface
between the safety interlocks and the X-ray High Voltage Power Controller
(E7200-66226), the Operator Control Console, the Laser Enable circuit and the
Motion Enable circuit.
The E7200-66538 controller has a link to the safety valve.

The Safety Interlock Controller contains two sets of Light Emitting Diodes
(LEDs). There is a set for normal operation and a set for diagnostics.
