Pneumatic Gauge, Regulator, and Filter Assembly
The Pneumatic Gauge, Regulator, and Filter Assembly, shown in Figure 6-1,
provides filtered and regulated clean, dry air to the 5DX System. The Pneumatic
Gauge, Regulator, and Filter Assembly is located at the back of the Main Cabinet.
WA R N I NG Air under pressure. The plastic bowl of the Pneumatic Filter Assembly may
break causing bodily injury. To minimize the danger of flying fragments in
the event of plastic bowl failure do not remove the metal guard when the
5DX System is in use. Warranties void if 5DX System is used without bowl
guard! Certain compressor oils, chemicals, solvents, paints and fumes can
cause the plastic bowl to fail.
WA R N I NG Air under pressure. Improper adjustment can cause damage to the
Pneumatic Regulator or may cause the Pneumatic Filter Assembly to
explode causing bodily injury. Do not attempt to adjust the Pneumatic
Regulator without the proper equipment.
Caution Pneumatic Filter Assembly maximum operating conditions: Pressure = 110 psi
Temperature = 125°(F). Attempting to operate the Pneumatic Filter Assembly
above these maximum limits may result in damage to the 5DX System.
