5. Click On for the Yellow status beacon light. Verify the yellow light is lit in the
status beacon.
6. Click Off for the Red status beacon light.
7. Click On for the Green light. Verify that the green light in the status beacon is
lit. Refer to Figure 10-1.
8. Click Off to turn off the Green status beacon light.
9. If you have an optional Error status beacon light, click On for the Error status
beacon light. Verify that the light in the status beacon is lit.
10. Click Off to turn off the Error status beacon light.
11. Click On for the status beacon Buzzer. Verify that the Buzzer is working.
12. Click Off to turn off the Alarm.
13. Select Close from the File menu to exit the Hardware Status and Control
program.
14. If a lamp fails to illuminate, replace the bulb using the Status Beacon Bulb
remove and replace procedure outlined in the 5DX Service Quick Reference
Guide.
