FH (average hold)
FM (Set average value)
FR (Frequency of the input signal)
Syntax: FH
Remarks: Hold filter sets the filter mode to Manual from Auto, but retains the
auto filter setting. This function is the same as the AVGM command.

val: 1 to 512
Remarks: Sets the filter length for the averaging of sensor data. For HP437B
emulation, the command accepts 1 to 512 in 2-to-the-power steps. For
example, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16,...256, 512.
