Remove U V blocker and side cover
2. Install the lamp cathode adaptor (reference 1 ) upon the xenon lamp (reference 3) as illustrated. Tighten the adapter fixa tio n
screw (reference 2) with a t orque of 2,5 Nm (1.84 lb f*ft). Use for that a torque wrench with a 5 mm A llen soc ket. Make sure that
there is full contact between the cathode adapter and the lamp base.
Note: Do not take the lamp out of its protective container or protective c loth while mou nting the adapter.

3. Install the anode wire lug (6) upon the an ode socket. Us e an 17 mm open-end wrench to hold the first nut (7) w hile fastening the
lock nut (4) on the rod with a t orque of 9Nm(6,64 lbf*ft) using a torque wrench w ith 17 mm hexa gon socket. Ensure that there
is a flat washer (5) between the lock nut and the wire lug.
Caution: Do not tighten the first nut (reference 1) against the connector housing. There m ust be some play (1 mm m aximum).
This is important to insert the Lamp House smoothly into the projector.
