13. Appendix 1. The controller audible signals
When in operation, the controller provides the following audible signals by using the built-in sound
generator.
Beep sequence

One-time
After power on, upon successful startup of the
controller with customized IP-parameters.
Two short beeps
One-time
After power on, upon successful startup of the
controller with non-customized IP-parameters.
Three long beeps, one
short beep
Repeated
Boot-up failure: network address not set. Check
settings of CONF2 dip-unit on the controller board.
Two long beeps, one
short beep, one long
beep
Repeated
Boot-up failure: incorrect configuration. Check
settings of CONF1 dip-unit on the controller board.
Two long beeps, two
short beeps.
Repeated
Hardware failure. The controller is defective and is to
be replaced.
Long beep (1 sec.),
pause (1 sec.)
Repeated
Fire alarm mode is activated. Check the status of the
fire alarm line.
Four short beeps
One-time
The gate wing travel command was given, but none
of the limit switches has triggered after a certain
time. Check the connection and the condition of the
sensors, as well as the gate wing travel after
controller command.

beeps is 0.5 seconds, unless otherwise specified.
