The A and B wires must be a twisted pair. Never use wires of different pairs of the
cable!
When using a shielded twisted pair, the shield should not be connected to PG
terminal of each controller, as shield grounding point in the system must be
unique. The best place for connecting the shield to the protective ground circuit is
near interface converter.
PG is a protective grounding of lightning protection system. It should not be
connected to GND terminal of the controller. PG terminal should only be
connected to a protective grounding circuit.
If you violate the terms of the communication line assembly, smooth operation of
the product is not guaranteed by the manufacturer.
