3. Click Restore Factory Defaults.
The Confirm dialog box appears:
4. To restore the connected Huddle to factory defaults, click Yes.
Important:
Restoring the factory defaults for a device removes all settings you have configured for the
device.
You are disconnected from the device, and the device is restored to its factory defaults.
Retrieving and Monitoring Log Files (Huddle)
You can retrieve the log files from a Huddle device and save them to your computer. You can use the in-
application Log Viewer tool to view the device logs (see Using the Log Viewer for more information). You
can also open up the log files and monitor them in real time.
To get and save the Huddle log files or to monitor them in real time:
1. If you have not already done so, connect to a Huddle device.
For more information about connecting to a stack, see Connecting to a Device (Huddle).
2. From the Navigation Panel, select Admin.
The Admin screen appears:
