9. Using the Browse dialog box, specify the folder where you want to save the log file.
10.(Optional) If you want to create a sub-folder within the Log folder, to organize logs, click Make New
Folder, type a name for the new folder, then press Enter.
11.Click OK.
The log files from that device are saved to the specified location and then opened in the Log Viewer so
that you can monitor any changes to the log file in real time.
Updating Device Firmware (Huddle)
Periodically, ClearOne releases firmware updates to improve device performance. You can download
firmware updates from within the CONSOLE AI (see Downloading Updates (Huddle)) and then you can
update the device firmware.
To update the device firmware:
1. If you have not already done so, connect to a Huddle device.
For more information about connecting to a device, see Connecting to a Device (Huddle).
2. From the Navigation Panel, choose Admin.
The Admin screen appears:
