To enable IGMP snooping on the switch:

39-7 disable igmp_snooping
Description
This command is used to disable IGMP snooping on the switch. IGMP snooping can be disabled only
if IP multicast routing is not being used. Disabling IGMP snooping allows all IGMP and IP multicast
traffic to flood within a given IP interface.
Format
disable igmp_snooping
Parameters
None.
