To disable the RSPAN globally:

9-3 create rspan vlan
Description
This command is used to create an RSPAN VLAN. Up to 16 RSPAN VLANs can be created.
Format
create rspan vlan [vlan_name <vlan_name> | vlan_id <vlanid 1-4094>]
Parameters
vlan_name - Create the RSPAN VLAN by VLAN name.
<vlan_name> - Specify the VLAN name.
vlan_id - Create the RSPAN VLAN by VLAN ID.
<vlanid 1-4094> - Specify the VLAN ID between 1 and 4094.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
