Format
config authen application [console | telnet | ssh | http | all] [login | enable] [default |
method_list_name <string 15>]
Parameters
console - Specify an application: console.
telnet - Specify an application: Telnet.
ssh - Specify an application: SSH.
http - Specify an application: Web.
all - Specify all applications: console, Telnet, SSH, and Web.
login - Specify the method list of authentication methods for user login.
enable - Specify the method list of authentication methods for promoting user privilege to
Administrator level.
default - Specify the default method list.
method_list_name - Specify the user-defined method list name.
<string 15> - Specify the user-defined method list name. The method list name value can be up
to 15 characters long.
Restrictions
Only Administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To configure the login method list for Telnet:
DGS-3420-28SC:admin#config authen application telnet login method_list_name
login_list_1
Command: config authen application telnet login method_list_name login_list_1
Success.
DGS-3420-28SC:admin#

This command is used to display the login/enable method list for all applications.
