Parameters description:
ipaddr: The IP address of the RADIUS server.
priority: Priority of RADIUS assign.
unitID: The unit ID.
portNum: The port number.
Username: The user that is being authenticated.
Event description: Failed to assign ACL profiles/rules from RADIUS
server.
Log Message: RADIUS server <ipaddr> assigns <username> ACL
failure at port <[unitID]portNum> (<string>)
