The FlexRay interface is
not initialized.
Have you installed the
INCA FlexRay Add-on?
Check whether the required
version of the INCA FlexRay
Add-on is installed (see chap-
ter 16.8.3 on page 148).
Have you configured
the FlexRay function of
the interface?
Check whether the FlexRay
function of the interface is
selected in the web interface
(see chapter
11.6 on page 83).
Start the module/module
stack.
The CAN interface is
not initialized.
Have you installed the
INCA CAN Add-on?
Check whether the required
version of the INCA CAN Add-
on is installed (see chapter
16.8.3 on page 148).
Have you configured
the CAN function of the
interface?
Check whether the CAN func-
tion of the interface is
selected in the web interface
(see chapter
11.6 on page 83).
Start the module/module
stack.
The measurements are
not being started.
Does the INCA monitor
log ask you to perform
an update?
Update the modules.
Does the module pro-
vide no data?
Check whether your power
supply and measuring setup
meet the requirements.
Check whether the cabling of
the hardware to the PC is cor-
rect and intact.
Data losses occur
during the transmis-
sion.
Are you using WLAN in
your measurement
setup?
WLAN is not allowed within
this ETAS network. Cable your
measuring setup (ETAS mod
-
ules and their connection to
the PC) exclusively with ETAS
cables.
Are you operating the
modules on a PC with
MultiCore processor?
Install an up-to-date driver for
the network card that sup-
ports the NDIS protocol.
The ERR LED of the
module lights up red.
Have you just per-
formed an update?
Users of INCA/INTECRIO/
ASCET-RP/Configuration
Tool:
Switch the module off and on
again.
Reload the measurement
configuration.
If the LED continues to light
up, send the module to ETAS
for repair.
