17.8.1 Combined CAN/LIN/FLX Cable

Mapping of DSUB Socket-Plug Combinations of the Cable
The cable CBCFI100 allows using both interfaces of a connection at the same time.
The Lemo plug of the cable is connected to one of the combined interfaces CAN/
CAN, FLX/FLX or CAN/LIN. For looping into the vehicle bus, the other end of the
cable features:
- a 9-pin DSUB socket-plug combination marked in gray (side B and C)
- a 9-pin DSUB socket-plug combination marked in black (side D and E)
Mapping of DSUB Socket-Plug Combinations to the ES88x/ ES89x
If one cable CBCFI100 each is used at the interfaces CAN/CAN, CAN/LIN of the
ES88x/ ES89x modules, these interfaces are mapped as follows to the DSUB
socket-plug combinations of the cables:
