5. Click on I/O Settings.
6. Make sure the Enable Termination Character
check box is checked, and the terminal
character is \n (Value: xA).

9. Enter *IDN?\n in the Select or Enter Command
dialog box if it is not already.

10. Click the Query button.
11. The *IDN?\n query will return the
Manufacturer, model name, serial number and
firmware version in the dialog box.
