3. For neonatal breathing circuits, connect the nebulizer unit
with the pediatric T-piece and the neonate adapters approx-
imately 12 inch (30 cm) back from the patient Y-piece, or
neonatal set-up.

4. Always perform a tightness test of the breathing circuit
after inserting or removing the nebulizer unit.
