3. Then open the System -> IntelliCuff window, make
necessary adjustments, and activate cuff pressure adjust-
ments.
3.5.6 Operating modes
The automatic cuff pressure controller works in different
modes of operation allowing the operator to find the suitable
solutions for most clinical situations.
3.5.6.1 Cuff pressure control OFF
CAUTION
The inflating tube will remain initially pressurized
and will not indicate that the automatic adjust-
ment is deactivated and switched OFF. When the
cuff pressure control is switched OFF then all
alarms related to the automatic cuff pressure
controller are disabled.
Selecting the OFF button deactivates automatic cuff pressure
adjustments. When OFF, the cuff pressure is not released, how-
ever, leakage of the cuff will no longer be compensated.
