Once installed, you will verify the SpO
2
value is properly mea-
sured on the device. The first SpO
2
value is displayed after
about 10 seconds. When SpO
2
is not monitored for 30 sec-
onds, no pulse is detected and the
Patient
disconnected
alarm is displayed.
Observe that the SpO
2
sensor is active, in the
System
->
Sensor on/off
window. See Section 4.3.3.

To remove the sensor cable, carefully pull back on the connec-
tor sheath at the ventilator module, and disengage from the
connector.
