Message in the display Cause Remedy
The CP42CP52 hard disk
is full!
The capacity of the storage medium is
exceeded.
Insert a new storage medium or delete
data.
Error during configuration
of channels x, y, z!
a) Amplifier types x, y, z do not match
the types of the configuration file (mod
ules mixed up).
b) There is no amplifier module present.
Check the fitting of the MGCplus device.
The following channels
have been configured:
x, y, z
Information about successful
configuration of channels x, y, z
-
This is the wrong hard
disk!
There is a file in the storage medium
(IdentTEDS.txt) containing the serial no.
of a
CP42/CP52. This serial no. does
not match the serial no. of the
CP42/CP52 that is present.
Check the assignment of the storage
medium
CP42/CP52 and if necessary
delete the IdentTEDS.txt file (see also
the operating manual for the "MGCplus
Assistant; Serial number of
CP42/CP52").
Overload
(In Status mode the red
"ERROR/WARN." LED on
the front panel of the
amplifier module is lit).
The set measuring range is exceeded
(gross, net or both).
a) Check the values in zero or tare
memory.
b) Perform a zero balance or taring.
c) Zoom in on the measuring range.
Calibration errors
(In Status mode the red
"ERROR/WARN." LED of
the front panel of the
amplifier module is lit).
a) No feedback lines connected and
Autocal was triggered.
b) Connection board has been changed.
c) RAM/EEPROM errors
d) Calibration line is not correct
a) Check the transducer connection and
trigger an autocalibration.
b) Perform a setup.
c) Perform a setup.
d) Check the transducer settings (trans
ducer type, excitation voltage, output
characteristics).
