The life of the RAM backup
battery has ended.
The instrument needs to be
repaired.
Contact your authorized Hioki
distributor or reseller.
Memory full
This message will be shown
on the top of the screen if the
set number of measurement
results has been stored in the
instrument’s internal memory.
Once this message has been
displayed, you will not be able
to save any more measured
values.
Load measurement values
stored in the instrument’s
memory with the memory
function or clear the memory.

curacy guarantee
This message will be shown
on the top of the screen if the
accuracy of the measured
value is not guaranteed.
Increase the measurement
signal level or change the
measurement range to one
that matches the impedance

Hi Z reject error
