Setting Measurement Conditions (basic settings)
When measuring conductivity and permittivity
Set the parameters to

(conductivity) and
ε
(permittivity) (p. 39) and set the conditions used to
calculate conductivity and permittivity.
Conductivity
Value indicating the ease with which electricity is conducted by a substance
Permittivity
Value indicating the ease with which an electric eld can be formed in a sub-
stance (dielectric material)

Select the capacitance to use when cal-
culating the dielectric constant.
