Setting Measurement Conditions (basic settings)
When measuring conductivity and permittivity
Set the parameters to

(permittivity) (p. 39) and set the conditions used to
calculate conductivity and permittivity.
Conductivity
Value indicating the ease with which electricity is conducted by a substance
Permittivity
Value indicating the ease with which an electric eld can be formed in a sub-
stance (dielectric material)

culating the dielectric constant.
