257.000.00008 MTU unload not
started.
Deactivation Buffer
A bottle is missing
or not connected.
Check the bottle
and close the
drawer.
Deactivation Buffer
bottle A is not being
read by the RFID
sensor.
Ensure Deactivation
Buffer bottle A is
present in the
Universal Fluids
drawer and the two
arrows indicating the
RFID sensor are
aligned.
257.000.00009 MTU unload not
started.
Deactivation Buffer
B bottle is missing
or not connected.
Check the bottle
and close the
drawer.
Deactivation Buffer
bottle B is not being
read by the RFID
sensor.
Ensure Deactivation
Buffer bottle B is
present in the
Universal Fluids
drawer and the two
arrows indicating the
RFID sensor are
aligned.
257.000.00010 MTU unload not
started. Waste
Drawer is open or
not locked.
Waste Drawer is
open or is not able
to lock.
1. Firmly close the
Waste Drawer.
2. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.
257.000.00011 MTU unload not
started. Vacuum
pump not on.
The issue could be
due to one of the
following:
l Liquid Waste
Bottle fitting is
not connected
properly.
l The vacuum
pump may be
malfunctioning.
1. Open the Waste
Drawer and check
that the Liquid
Waste Container is
securely fitted and
the cap is sealed.
2. Check if there is
any fluid in the
Vacuum Filter.
3. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.
