Code Message Possible Cause Solution
406.001.00067 Failed to start LIS
connection.
The issue could be
due to one of the
following:
l LIS
Configuration
Issue.
l System
Software error.
l LIS error.
1. Ensure
configuration
settings are correct.
2. Contact LIS system
administrator to
check LIS host
communications
and background
tasks.
3. Refer to the Panther
LIS Host Interface
Guide for additional
troubleshooting.
4. If the problem
persists, contact
Hologic Technical
Support.

connection.
