Use the Maximum Memory Bus Frequency option to configure the system to run memory at a lower maximum speed than that
supported by the installed processor and DIMM configuration.
PrerequisitePrerequisite
Workload Profile is set to Custom.
ProcedureProcedure
1. From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Memory Options >
Maximum Memory Bus Frequency.
2. Select a setting.
Auto—Memory runs at the maximum speed supported by the system configuration.
2933 MHz
2667 MHz
2400 MHz
2133 MHz
1867 MHz
NOTE:NOTE:
The AMD servers does not support 1867 and 2133 MHz system configurations.
3. Save your setting.
