9.9 PROFINET
The paperless recorder can also be equipped with a PROFINET interface and integrated into a PROF-
INET network as an IO device as an optional extra. The interface also supports simultaneous use of
Ethernet standard services; thus Ethernet interfaces as a standard feature are omitted.
A GSD file (GSDML) is available for the programming system of the IO controller and describes the fea-
tures of the paperless recorder.
