Check if the display on the operator panel changes every time the
sensing area of the media tray sensor (duplex exit) is interrupted
or blocked.
a Enter the diagnostic mode.
b Select Duplex tests.
c Select Sensor test.
d Observe the line item “exit.”
If necessary, replace the connection or the external duplex unit
assembly.
