143: Set Offset for RBI-1 or RLC-ICM
This command allows you change the offset on the radio connected to the Doug Hall RBI-1.
The offset is always specified as one digit, 0 to 3. There are two different common definitions
of what digit corresponds with what offset. They are shown in the table below. The RLC-Club
supports both. You can select which format you want to use with Command 144.

Parameters:
- 143 is the default command name.
- O is the new offset
'O'ffset Format 1 Format 2
0 Minus Minus 20 (1200 only)
1 Plus Minus
2 Simplex Simplex
3 Minus 20 Plus
Note:
You can recall the current band unit, frequency, and offset with Command 149.
