12.5.1 CHECKLIST: extending the outriggers

This checklist is not a complete operating manual. There are accompanying
operating instructions which are indicated by cross-references.
Observe the warnings and safety instructions there!
1. Level the truck crane with the level adjustment system and lower it as far as
possible;

2. Deactivate (Lock) the suspension – symbol red (suspension off);

3. Apply the parking brake;

4. Extend all outrigger beams to the required span;
– For the Standard slewing range type;

Danger of crushing by extending outrigger beams!
You may only activate the outriggers if you yourself or a banksman with whom
you are in visual contact have an unobstructed view of their movements.
