Reinitializing Conveyor Controller Memory
A. Conveyor Atom
1. The conveyor atom is an Automove Control Language (ACL) file that contains the
software commands that control your conveyor.
2. Personality Parameters are values contained in the conveyor atom.
 They control various aspects of the dispensing system’s major components.
 These values include, but are not limited to:
- Default motor speed.
- Alternate motor speed.
- Motor directions.
- Conveyor belt move lengths.
- Instructions as to how the conveyor unloads and loads the carriers.
3. This file is downloaded to the 201 (W) Conveyor Controller Module and was
included as part of the initial installation procedure.
B. Reinitializing Conveyor Controller Memory
1. In case of memory loss, the memory must be erased and reinitialized (See
Reinitializing Conveyor Controller Memory, Exercise Sheet 4-14-1 on page 4-2-61).
2. Downloading the conveyor atom after memory loss resets the conveyor’s variables.
3. After erasing and reinitializing the memory of the conveyor controller, FmNT will
automatically prompt you to download the conveyor atom to restore the conveyor’s
variables.
 To download the conveyor atom, select Yes when prompted.
 Do not disturb the equipment until the download is complete.
