PMAC Plot
A. PMAC Plot
1. PMAC Plot is a program that plots the electrical signals of the dispense head path on
the screen.
2. The information can be saved and printed.
3. This program is generally used by Service Technicians as a diagnostic tool to
measure and gather position, velocity and acceleration profiles.
B. Gathering Data
1. Open or create a dispensing program in FmNT.
2. Move to the command line in the program where you would like the data
analyzation to begin.
3. Click on Process, Begin Gather.
4. This will insert a Begin Gather command in your program (See Diagram Sheet
4-16-1 on page 4-2-71).
5. Move the cursor below the command line in the program where you would like the
data analyzation to end.
6. Click on Process, End Gather.
7. This will insert an End Gather command in your program (See Diagram Sheet
4-16-1 on page 4-2-71).
 When a Begin Gather command appears in a dispensing program, FmNT begins
to gather specific PMAC information until the End Gather command executes.
 There is a limited time of data that can be analyzed; no more than 5 seconds
should be gathered at any time.
