Light Pole/Beacon Color Indications
Beacon Color Dispensing Status Recovery Procedures
ALERT
All motion, outputs, fluid pump, and motion
controls are disabled.
One of the following conditions exists:
A. Solid - system in an E-stop condition. A. Restart machine.
 Remedy anomaly causing the E-stop.
 Reset EMO button.
 Perform an operator startup
B. Solid - Software driven error message
displayed on computer monitor.
B. Respond to error message. Refer to
FmNT Installation and User Guide.
RED
(Audible Alarm)
C. Custom-programmed condition has
triggered red light.
C. Refer to programmer’s recovery
procedures.
CAUTION
System in a low power state or lacks sufficient
air pressure.
One of the following conditions exists:
A. Solid - Hood is open. A. Close hood. Production run will start
where it left off.
B. Flashing - Low-pressure sensor has been
activated.
B. Check facility air supply.
YELLOW
C. Custom-programmed condition has
triggered yellow light.
C. Refer to programmer’s recovery
procedures.
GREEN
OPERATION
The system is fully operational with the
hood closed.
Normal condition—no correction needed.
USER DEFINED
(Examples Below)
A. Low fluid in syringe. A. System needs attention. Replace with
new syringe.
BLUE
B. Custom-programmed condition has
triggered blue light.
B. Refer to programmer’s recovery
procedures.
