Refill the Toner
Refill the toner
Introduction
With the completely closed toner system, you can easily refill toner.
When to do
When a ‘Toner Low’ message appears on the user panel, you need to refill the toner. The
message will be displayed until you refill the toner. Under normal conditions the printer can
finish the current job, before it stops printing.
Before you begin
You cannot add toner while printing. Wait till the printer stops printing or abort the job.
You can leave the printer turned on when you refill the toner.
Make sure you use toner suitable for the Océ PlotWave 340/360.
You must use only one bottle of toner at a time. When you use more than one bottle, the
compartment will flood and toner will spill.
When you have refilled the toner two consecutive times, you must also replace the residual
toner container. For more information, see
Replace the residual toner container
on page 278.
Procedure
1.
Open the toner compartment.
