Remote Service: download log files
When you want to have access to all Remote Service log files, you can download them.
Procedure
1.
Open the [Support] - [Remote Service] tab.
2.
Click on [Download log files] in the upper right hand corner.
The system creates a zip file that contains the technical and audit log files in a textual format.
You can save the zip file locally.
