TOU2 Control Registers 0 and 1 are used to select operation modes of TOU2_0–7.
To select prescaler 5 as the clock source for TOU2, make sure the TID2 Control & Prescaler 5 Enable Register’s
prescaler 5 enable bit is set to "1". For details, see Section 10.7.3, “TID Control & Prescaler Enable Registers.”
